Interstate Driver Partners (“Interstate Driver Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a driver-recruitment and job-matching service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit interstatedriverpartners.com, submit a driver application, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information: Your full name, email address, mobile phone number, home ZIP code, mailing address, and state of residence.

• Driver and employment information: Your license class, commercial driving experience, equipment experience, preferred driving type, preferred opportunity type, work history, availability, home-time preferences, pay preferences, endorsements, qualifications, and job preferences.

• Identification and credential information: Images of the front and back of your driver’s license or commercial driver’s license, license number, issuing state, expiration date, and information visible on the document.

• Medical qualification information: Whether you have a valid DOT medical card and, if you voluntarily provide it later, a copy of that card or related qualification information.

• Driving and compliance information: Information you provide about your motor vehicle record, accidents, violations, drug-and-alcohol clearinghouse or SAP status, eligibility to work, and other carrier qualification requirements.

• Communications: Emails, text messages, call details, form submissions, support requests, and notes from conversations with our team.

• Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, timestamps, approximate location derived from your IP address, and website interactions.

• Cookie and advertising information: Information collected through cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies.

Please do not submit a Social Security number, bank-account information, passport, or other information we have not specifically requested.

• Match you with motor carriers and positions that may fit your experience and preferences.

• Contact you about your application, available jobs, interviews, onboarding steps, or related driver opportunities.

• Submit or share your application and supporting documents with motor carriers you may be matched with.

• Verify information, prevent fraud, protect applicants, and maintain website and system security.

• Respond to questions and provide support.

• Operate, analyze, improve, and personalize our website and services.

• Measure advertising and recruiting-campaign performance.

• Maintain business, consent, suppression, and compliance records.

• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful government requests.

Interstate Driver Partners is a recruiting and job-matching service. We are not the motor carrier making the final hiring decision. A carrier may request additional information, authorization, screening, or documentation under its own privacy policy and hiring procedures.

4. CALLS, TEXT MESSAGES, AND EMAILS

When you provide your contact information and consent to communications, Interstate Driver Partners may call, text, or email you about your application and available driving opportunities.

Communications may be sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice where permitted by law and covered by your consent. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and our matching service is free for drivers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP or contacting us using the information below. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications necessary to respond to your request or administer an active application, where permitted by law.

We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent. We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their unrelated marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide your contact information to a motor carrier for the purpose of considering you for a driving opportunity when you have asked us to match or submit you. A carrier’s subsequent communications are governed by its own privacy practices and any consent or authorization you provide to that carrier.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to:

• Motor carriers and hiring partners: To evaluate you for positions, contact you about relevant opportunities, verify qualifications, and continue the hiring process.

• Service providers: Companies providing website hosting, form processing, cloud storage, email, calling, text messaging, analytics, security, customer-management, document-management, and technical support services.

• Advertising and analytics providers: Providers that help us measure website traffic and advertising performance or deliver relevant advertisements, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

• Professional advisers: Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants when reasonably necessary.

• Government authorities or other parties: When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, prevent fraud, or respond to legal proceedings.

We may retain limited records of consent, opt-out requests, communications, and transactions for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

8. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Access to sensitive applicant information is limited to people and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes. However, no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell driver’s-license images, DOT medical information, driver applications, or SMS opt-in data. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

California residents may request access, correction, deletion, or information about our collection and disclosures. They may also opt out of any activity treated as a sale or sharing under California law.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND MOTOR CARRIERS

Our website may link to third-party websites, job listings, social networks, or carrier websites. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Once a motor carrier receives your information and independently determines how it will use that information, the carrier may act as a separate business. Its privacy policy and hiring procedures will apply.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are intended for adults seeking driving opportunities and are not directed to children under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use previously collected information, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by law.
